1. Surface inspection

Look at the glossiness of doors and windows from a far away place to see if there is obvious color difference on the surface; measure the size of doors and windows with ruler to see if there is deformation; touch the surface of doors and windows with hand closely to see whether it is smooth and scratch free.

2. Inspection of sealant strip

The contact between the sealant strip and the glass and the glass notch shall be smooth, without edge curling and groove shedding. The pressure line with sealing strip must be tightly attached to the glass. There shall be no obvious gap between the pressure line and the window frame profile, and the joint gap shall be less than or equal to 1 mm.

3. Border check

The installation of the door and window frame directly affects the firmness of the door and window. The inspection of the frame should include the firmness, flatness, sealing, etc.

Check the verticality range of the door and window frames with the vertical measuring ruler. Generally, the allowable deviation of the front and side verticality of the door and window frames is 2.5mm, the horizontal allowable deviation of the door and window transom is 2mm, the allowable deviation of the elevation of the door and window transom is 5mm, and the allowable deviation of the vertical deviation of the door and window from the center is 5mm.

Inspection of door and window locks

1. Door and window lock installation inspection

First of all, check whether the installation position of the lower door and window lock is correct, whether there is reverse installation and dislocation; finally, shake the door and window lock by hand to see if it is loose.

2. Inspection of door and window locks

The door lock is repeatedly opened and closed to check whether it can be reversed and unlocked smoothly; after the window is locked, push the window by hand to see if it can be locked and not sliding.

Inspection of doors and windows

This is the last step in the installation and acceptance of doors and windows. You can shake the doors and windows back and forth with your hands to see if there are abnormal sounds and other problems; use different forces to open and close the doors and windows to see how the stress level of the doors and windows is; after closing the doors and windows, see how the sealing is.
